Fast ERP is built around a project + task spine — a Gantt of tasks with dependencies, a Bill of Resources per task, and project-wise procurement, progress and billing. EPC contractors, construction firms and project-based manufacturers see planned versus actual material, resources and revenue at the task level. The project profile is proven at Micro India. And it is the full Fast platform, so it serves manufacturing businesses of every kind — cloud or on-premise, in India and worldwide.
Tasks and dependencies sit in a standalone planning tool; purchase and stock sit in the ERP. When a task slips, nobody re-plans the material, and when material is late, the schedule doesn't know.
Purchases pile into one store with no project tag, so committed and consumed material can't be read per job. Cross-project borrowing goes unrecorded and project cost is a month-end reconstruction.
A project needs machines and labour, not just parts, but a plain BOM captures only material. Crane time, fitters and sub-contract effort aren't planned or costed, so resource overruns surface too late.
Milestone and progress invoices are built by hand against a contract nobody can tie to actual completion. Revenue recognised, amount billed and work done are three numbers that rarely line up.
Every job runs as a project of tasks — each with a Bill of Resources that drives procurement, execution and billing — so schedule, material, resource and revenue read from one record instead of four disconnected tools.
Fast ERP gives a project or construction business the whole job on one system — schedule, Bill of Resources, procurement, cost and billing on the same record — for a single package or a portfolio of projects, cloud or on-premise.
Each contract becomes a project that breaks into tasks with start and end dates and dependencies, shown on a DayPilot/Gantt timeline. Task logs and files keep the site record, and completion rolls up to the project. Because the schedule sits on the same database as purchase and stock, a slipping task and a late delivery are visible in the same place.
Each task carries a Bill of Resources (BOR) — the project equivalent of a BOM plus resources. It lists the material, machines and labour a task needs, drives procurement and resource loading, and rolls planned versus actual up to the task and project. A structural BOM handles multi-level fabricated items where the project also manufactures, using the same BOM/BOR engine.
A shortage against a task's BOR raises a Purchase Requisition tagged to the project, which becomes a PO and a Goods Receipt (GRN, REC) posting to project stock in inventory & stores. Committed (ordered) and received material is visible per project and task, and receipt inspection gates incoming quality. Material is then issued to the task, and its cost rolls into the project.
Progress and milestone GST invoices raise against the project in accounts, with amount-in-words and reconciliation to completion. Project cost pulls material, resources and sub-contract into a planned-versus-actual view, and everything posts to Tally. So billed, done and recognised are one consistent set of numbers, per project and across the portfolio.
Project and BOR reports show schedule, cost and billing per project and across the portfolio. On top, Dhruv AI gives management a live dashboard over project data, turns a plain-English question into a read-only query through a security sandbox, and surfaces slipping tasks and budget overruns automatically — so a problem project is flagged before it becomes a loss.
Project and task management with dependencies on a DayPilot/Gantt timeline, task logs and file attachments, and roll-up to project and portfolio dashboards.
BOR per task capturing material, machines and labour, plus structural and multi-level BOM where the project also fabricates, with planned-versus-actual roll-up.
PR against BOR, PO and GRN tagged to project and task, committed-versus-received tracking, receipt inspection and supplier-bill matching.
One store engine with project tagging — receipts, transfers and issues to tasks on a per-bin balance and STCKLG ledger, with lot tracking and valuation.
Progress and milestone GST invoicing against the project, amount-in-words, C-Form, payments and receipts, and Tally posting on both sides.
Receipt and stage inspection, NCR, and controlled drawings and documents attached to the project, task and item — the site record on one system.

No. This page leads with the project angle, but Fast ERP serves manufacturing businesses of every kind — discrete, automotive and SME — in India and worldwide, cloud or on-premise.
It is one system. Material procured against a task posts to the same stock ledger, issues to the task, and its cost rolls into the project; billing posts to accounts and Tally.
