Your business isn't generic.
Your ERP quote shouldn't be either.

Fast ERP pricing depends on how many users you have, which modules you license, the integrations you switch on and where the software runs — cloud or on-premise. A small plant licensing a single module and a group running the full ERP across sales, purchase, stores, production, quality and accounts simply don't cost the same. Start with the module you need now and expand to the full ERP later with no migration. Tell us how you operate and we'll send an itemised quote within 48 hours.

Why isn't pricing listed here?

Because a flat number would be wrong for almost everyone who reads it. A plant licensing one module — say inventory or production — needs a fraction of what a group running the full ERP across quote-to-cash, procure-to-pay, stores, production, quality, accounts, GST and HR needs. Publishing one number would either scare off the simple case or undersell the complex one. We'd rather scope it properly and quote it right, once — with the modules you need now, and a clear path to expand with no migration.

What goes into your quote

Six factors determine your price —
everything else is a flat module fee

There's no mystery formula. These are the inputs that change cost, and we walk through every one of them on the scoping call.

Number of Users

Sales and CRM executives, purchase officers, stores and issue operators, production and planning engineers, quality inspectors, accounts staff and managers watching the dashboards. We price per user or as a flat organisation fee, whichever fits.

Per-user Flat fee Multi-plant

Modules Licensed

License the modules you need now — sales & CRM, purchase, inventory & stores, production & planning, quality & APQP, accounts & finance, HR and document control — and add more later. Start with one module and expand to the full ERP with no data migration.

One module Manufacturing core Full ERP

Deployment: Cloud or On-Premise

Cloud is the fastest to start. On-premise — IIS and SQL Server on your own server inside your own network — is available for organisations with data-residency or IT-policy requirements, common among ISO and IATF-certified manufacturers. Fast ERP serves manufacturers across India and worldwide.

Cloud On-premise India & worldwide

Integrations

Email and SMS alerts are standard. Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime posting, GST and statutory (HSN import, C-Form, e-way data, amount-in-words), KooKoo IVR telephony, barcode/QR and TSC thermal labels, and WhatsApp automation for orders, POs, dispatch and approvals are scoped per integration.

Dhruv AI Add-on

Our own AI analytics layer — role dashboards over live ERP data for CEO, sales, purchase, quality, inventory and production, AI insight summaries, plain-English questions answered through a safe read-only sandbox, and AI clustering of quality and rejection remarks into recurring themes.

Rollout & Migration Scope

How many modules go live at once, and how much master data — items, parties, GST numbers, opening stock — we import from Tally or Excel at cutover. A single-module go-live is quick; a phased full-ERP rollout is scoped stage by stage. There's no separate setup fee framed as an extra.

Phased rollout Excel / Tally import No migration to expand
Every quote, regardless of size

What's always included —
never an extra line item later

Whatever the final number, these are non-negotiable parts of every Fast ERP deployment. No surprise add-ons after you've signed, and no setup fee dressed up as an extra.

Implementation with SRS sign-off

We map your process first — how an enquiry becomes an order, how a shortage becomes a purchase order, how a released order drives BOM, production and dispatch — capture it in a signed-off SRS, then configure the licensed modules to fit. PDCA at every phase.

Video-recorded training

Sales, purchase, stores, production, quality and accounts users trained onsite or remote — every session recorded so staff who miss one, or new joiners, can re-watch at any time.

3 months hands-on handholding

Onsite and remote support after go-live until your team runs orders, receipts, work orders, inspection and invoices confidently — not a hand-off the day the system switches on.

Email & SMS alerts

Approval, due-date, stock and inspection notifications are part of the core product — not billed as a channel add-on. WhatsApp automation is available as a scoped integration.

Dashboards & MIS reports

Order, PO and dispatch follow-up, ABC and stock MIS, inspection and quality MIS, OA-vs-invoice reconciliation and BOM costing roll-ups — standard in every deployment for the modules you license.

End-user sign-off, then up to 6 months support

Nothing switches over until your team says it's ready — and post-go-live support runs up to 6 months on portal, email, WhatsApp and phone with periodic review meetings.

Pricing FAQ

Why doesn't Fast ERP show pricing on the website?

Pricing depends on factors that vary significantly between manufacturers — user count, which modules you license (you can start with one and expand to the full ERP), which integrations you switch on (Tally, GST/statutory, IVR, barcode, WhatsApp), the Dhruv AI add-on, and cloud versus on-premise deployment. A single published number would overstate cost for a small plant or understate it for a full-ERP group. We quote based on a short scoping call so the number reflects your actual requirement.

How long does it take to get a quote?

Most customers receive a detailed, itemised quote within 48 hours of the demo and scoping call. The quote breaks down by module, user count, integrations and deployment type — no hidden line items.

Can I license one module and expand to the full ERP later?

Yes. Each of the eleven Fast products — from inventory or production to quality or billing — is a profile of the same platform as the full Fast ERP. License the module you need now and enable more later. Because they all share one SQL Server database, one document engine and the same masters, expanding needs no data migration and no integration project.

Is it available cloud and on-premise?

Yes. Fast ERP runs as a cloud deployment or as an on-premise IIS and SQL Server installation on your own server inside your own network. The choice affects the quote and both are discussed during scoping — on-premise is a common preference among ISO and IATF-certified manufacturers with data-residency and network policies. Fast ERP serves manufacturers across India and worldwide.

Does the quote include implementation, training and support?

Yes. Every quote includes implementation with SRS sign-off before build, PDCA at every phase, video-recorded training sessions, 3 months of hands-on handholding, end-user sign-off before go-live, and up to 6 months of post-go-live support across portal, email, WhatsApp and phone — itemised so it's never a surprise cost later. There are no separate setup fees framed as extras.

Do you charge per user or a flat fee?

Both models are available depending on what suits the business. Smaller operations often prefer per-user pricing; larger multi-plant groups often prefer a flat organisation fee. This is discussed and confirmed during the scoping call before the quote is finalised. Read more about the company on our about page.
