Validity:- Prices remain valid for 15 days from the offer date, subject to change without prior notice.
Tax:- Prices in India include GST; for other countries, the purchaser is responsible for applicable taxes and duties.
Payment Terms for Software License:- 100% payment with the purchase order is required by Fast ERP Technologies. Multiple copies are possible with one PO and single payment. License activation follows software installation.
Payment Terms for Professional Services Fee:- Professional service charges, such as SOP, UAT, Data Migration, and implementation charges, are paid in advance with the work order. Actual effort spent is invoiced.
Payment Mode:- Fast ERP accepts payment by valid Cheque, Demand draft, Online payment; cash payments are not accepted.
Remote Implementation Services:- Implementation charges still apply; travel, boarding, and lodging charges are exempted.
Product Enhancement Policy:- Product enhancements are prioritized by Fast ERP. Customer-requested prioritization incurs an enhancement fee, with delivery as mutually agreed upon.
